Boys and Mens Trainers

Our products are all listed as either pre-loved or in as new condition. Pre-loved items have been worn before and will show varying signs of wear and marks. We do our best to clean these items to a high standard so that the product you receive arrives in a good used condition. New products may come with or without original boxes, tags or packaging depending on how they came to us. Some as new products are a combination of factory seconds, older surplus stock or donations from partners or individuals who choose to support the project by donating physical goods. Please do not sell these items on to other individuals.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: If you are unhappy with any of the items you have received or there are issues with sizing, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange an exchange or alternative for you. Any exchange would require you to return the item you received directly to us or via the pick-up point you received it from in the first place. You will need to make reference to the order number on your email or printed sheet.

If we are unable to exchange you items with a suitable replacement, then we will be happy to arrange a refund.
